Once we’ve built your new website, we want to ensure the smooth running all day, every day to maximise your reach. Our monitoring service checks your site is working to its optimum capacity, and everything is working correctly.

The objective is to test/monitor the website to ensure it’s running correctly, for this service we charge a fixed monthly fee.

This package includes:
1. Daily checks of your website
2. Basic website monitoring
a. Monitor site security (core software, plugins and other third-party software) to help prevent virus and malware issues
b. Monitor major updates for WordPress, PayPal, Sage Pay and SSL Certificates
3. Manual visit to your website and submission of your contact form each month (followed by a telephone call to ensure you’ve received it)
4. Manual visit to your website and place a test payment each month (followed by a telephone call to ensure you’ve received it)
