We were approached by the client in 2016 and invited to quote for the redesign and build of their website. As Aralia produce detailed designs and concepts to an incredible high standard they needed a website that reflected this. Well known within their industry the purpose of the website was to showcase their portfolio, awards, press features and blog while increasing overall online visibility.
Having identified the key pages for the website the next step was working with the client to create a content strategy plan. Having confirmed the new sitemap and agreeing on the content transfer, we could begin to manually copy all pages, URLs, images and SEO information from the old site to the new. Following training, the client could handle the day-to-day running in-house which was very important to them. Once the content task was completed the website went through our quality control process and then deployed to the live hosting environment. We then informed Google about the new sitemap to encourage Google to recrawl and index the new site as soon as possible.
