We’re able to adapt our maintenance and support service to any requirements, so whether you have one website or twenty we can tailor our service to you.
Our support services come in two levels, we can be as hands-on or off as you need. The first package emphasises peace of mind, we monitor the security and installed plugins while offering recommendations for any necessary updates or actions. It also includes manual checks and payment processing. The second package is more comprehensive, starting with 60 minutes per month. Within this time, we conduct additional testing, implement updates, and address any required security or development tasks.
Contracts.
We believe our service speaks for itself which is why we don’t tie our clients into contracts. Alongside our regular security checks, updates and more, we work with our clients and plan for additional design and development work we believe will improve the user journey or support the client with the day-to-day running of their website.
We often find when leading up to large marketing campaigns or certain periods of the year more support is needed to accommodate any work that needs doing on the site, because it’s a flexible service we offer we’re able to alter our services on either a short or long-term basis.
