EHMA is a non-profit membership organisation that focuses on enhancing the capacity and capability of health management to deliver high-quality healthcare. Their mission is to spread knowledge on effective health management to benefit European citizens and communities. They build capacity and skills through their Annual Conferences, events and webinars and executive trainings.
To bring the current ageing website up to modern standards whilst improving the user experience and generate better sales leads to improve their membership base. The website must have a full content management system that is easy to update. EHMA also requested Popcorn to bring their corporate identity up to date including creating a brand guidelines document, business cards, letterheads, PowerPoint templates, as well as newsletter marketing design and development. This all had to be completed in a short timeframe to present to the European commission board.
We had various in-depth discussions with the client to ensure we fully understood the brief. Our recommendation was our bespoke design and development service as this allows us to create a unique website from scratch that we can tailor the design and functionality to be exactly as required. The website was built using a heavily customised WordPress to ensure they had full control over the content on all pages. We also improved the membership subscription process which included automating invoices to all customers which dramatically reduced their day-to-day workload.
The client is thrilled with the outcome and that we were able to meet their tight deadline. They were also very happy with our regular communication throughout the project.
