the brief

Churchill’s is a newly developed fish and chips franchise brand, taking a modern approach to a traditional dish. Churchill’s wanted to gain interest from potential franchisees by attending several trade fairs, including BuyBrand Moscow. They needed the ability to easily collect the contact details of interested franchisees during these trade fairs, and were also very keen to streamline the franchise application process.

Additionally, Churchill’s required an online presence that reflected their fresh approach, but that could also be used as a sales tool for the business.

the solution

By understanding their story and values, we were able to produce an online brochure-style website which reflected the brand. This provided a valuable online presence for the brand, and came with a CMS to allow for easy content changes.

We created an online registration form allowing Churchill’s to collect the contact information of interested franchisees. This was translated into Russian and French to cater for international audiences. By loading it onto an iPad, it was used during the trade fairs as a quick and painless way to collect contact information.

Further to this, we created a multi-page online application form, allowing potential franchisees to complete the application process conveniently online.
